Balance due in Certified Funds on Closing. 2020 Taxes will be paid by Seller. Buyer to be responsible for 2021 Taxes. Cost of Owners Title Insurance and Closing Fee to be divided equally between Seller and Buyer.
CLOSING & POSSESSION: Closing on or before December 31, 2020. Buyer will receive Possession
