$10,000 down payment day of Auction to be held by Security 1st Title, Kingman.  Balance due in Certified Funds on Closing.  Buyer should be aware this property is not selling “subject to financing”.  Taxes will be prorated as of the day of Closing by the Closing Agent.  Cost of Title Insurance and Closing fee to be divided equally between Seller and Buyer.  Closing to be on or before July 5, 2022.  
    
POSSESSION:
